The landscape of Martha’s Vineyard was the direct result of North American glacial activity.  The short video below produced by Sandpiper reality on the island showcases the cliffs of Aquinnah, one of the most visited sites on the island.  Take a look –

While the cliffs are owned by the Wampanoag Tribe, visitation is promoted in a responsible manner.  The trails to the overlook are sited for minimal erosion, vehicle parking is strictly limited, and the cliffs are on the public bus route.

Enjoy,

Tim
